Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and this year we’re bringing back our popular Thanksgiving side dishes menu! This is the perfect choice for you if:

  • You want a delicious Thanksgiving dinner, and you want to focus on family time rather than cooking.

  • You have guests with food sensitivities and you aren’t sure what to prepare for them.

Fig, Walnut, Olive, and Pomegranate Tapenade, serves 8-12

This is my all-time favorite tapenade! It makes the perfect appetizer or holiday potluck item. The salty-sweet-savory-refreshing flavors blend beautifully creating a delightful dish that will be the hit of any party.

Black olives, dried figs, roasted walnuts, fresh thyme, balsamic vinegar and capers meld together for a complex, fabulous dish, sprinkled with pomegranate jewels for a refreshing contrast in flavor and color! Served with optional goat cheese and your own favorite bread or cracker, on fresh cucumber rounds, endive spears, or other dipping vegetable.

Our tapenade is soy free, gluten free, nightshade free, and vegetarian. Request it without goat cheese and it becomes paleo, diary free, and vegan.

This is the delectable appetizer you won’t want to share! They refrigerate and freeze beautifully, so if you’ve got an event later on, it’s no trouble to receive them Tuesday, and then pop them in the microwave or oven from the fridge or freezer, to serve fresh and bubbling hot on Thanksgiving Day or weeks/months later!

The default is six almond and six blue cheese, mention in order comments if you prefer all one type instead.

All of our dates are gluten free, nightshade free, and soy free. The almond dates are also paleo and dairy free.


Caesar Salad Kit, serves 6-10

We’ll deliver our Full Belly Fare signature Caesar dressing, chock full of lemony garlic goodness, sides of finely grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses, and crostini made from the acclaimed Berkeley Cheese Board Collective Gruyere Parmesan sourdough cheese rolls. All you need to do is provide the lettuce! This might be the easiest, most delicious salad you’ll ever make!

Vegetarian? Request vegetarian Caesar dressing.

Dairy free or gluten free? Just request dressing only we’ll give you double the amount of dressing.

Add turkey leftovers for a full meal Caesar salad after the holiday, too!

Chipotle Sweet Potato Gratin, serves 8-12

Chipotle Sweet Potato Gratin

This is a remarkable, truly unique twist on a holiday classic.

This is not the sticky, sweet side dish of yesteryear. This is a caramelized, naturally sweet (no added sugar!), mildly spicy, smoky dish that’s exquisite in its simplicity.

This amazing dish can be made vegan, dairy free, and paleo by special request. We’ll use coconut cream, but we promise it doesn’t taste strongly of coconut.

Gluten-free Chestnut-Apple-Sausage-Cornbread stuffing or dressing, serves 4-8

Mildly sweet and incredibly savory with sausage (request vegetarian if desired), apples, and chestnuts for a fabulous contrast in textures and flavors, all enhanced by cognac, thyme, raisins and sage.

Our stuffing comes without the raw egg ingredient, for maximum freshness. Before serving, simply beat one raw egg (you provide) with a fork, mix it in, and stuff into turkey or bake in a prepared pan or even better a muffin tin for crispy edged, delectable individual servings.

These mashed veggies can be described as creamy without cream – this light yet deeply flavorful vegetable side is a perfect (and dairy free, vegetarian (can be made vegan upon request), low carb, paleo) substitute (or additional dish) for mashed potatoes, sure to please your guests! It’s not a compromise – it’s an improvement in flavor for many!
